Design Story:

One night, while the designer was pulling an all-nighter revising drafts, she looked up and saw moonlight outside the window landing right on a string of loose rice pearls at the corner of her desk—the tiny beads looked like crumpled moonbeams, and a round pearl beside them felt like the moon itself, tied up with a thread.
